Our Team

Dr. Rohan Kapoor is a native of Georgia, and grew up in Gwinnett County. Dr. Kapoor attended college at the University of Georgia where he graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. degree in Microbiology. He went on to earn his Doctorate of Optometry with honors from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry.

After graduating from optometry school, Dr. Kapoor moved back to Atlanta to complete his Ocular Disease and Refractive Surgery Residency and Board Certification. Through the completion of this specialty training, Dr. Kapoor was able to develop immense experience in assessing and treating patients with ocular diseases such as: dry eye, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, keratoconus, and many more.

After completing residency Dr. Kapoor worked for a number of years in various practice settings as a clinical optometrist in the Gwinnett area. These opportunities allowed Dr. Kapoor to refine his high level skill set of optometric eye care.

Dr. Kapoor joined RLK Eye Associates in early 2022, and has been providing high quality eye care to the greater metro Atlanta community since.

Dr. Kapoor is fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, and has studied numerous years of Spanish. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, playing tennis, weight training, and spending quality time with his wife and two children. He is also a big fan of University of Georgia football.

Dr. Alayna Larsen received a Bachelor of Science in biology with a minor in business administration at the College of Charleston in South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in vision science from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. She went on to attain her Doctor of Optometry from Nova Southeastern University and remained to complete her residency in pediatrics and binocular vision with an emphasis in vision therapy and rehabilitation.

She received recognition during her training including the Dan and Hoffman Clinical Excellence Award for ocular disease and the Pediatric and Binocular Vision Clinical Excellence award.
Her optometric passions are ocular disease, vision and learning, and brain injury.


In her spare time, Dr. Larsen enjoys hiking and camping with her husband and three children.

Dr. Elana Vo completed her undergraduate studies at Georgia State University where she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Optometry at the University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry in San Antonio, Texas. During her time there, she had the privilege to serve on a mission trip to Guatemala providing comprehensive eye exams to communities that have limited access to eye care.

Dr. Vo is certified by the National Board of Examiners and the Georgia State Board of Optometry. She is trained in comprehensive eye care and the treatment and management of ocular diseases.

Dr. Vo is a native of Georgia and grew up in Gwinnett County. She is fluent in English and Vietnamese. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis and volleyball, trying different cuisines, and spending time with her family and friends.
